The location was marvellous for first time visitors to Great Malvern. The staff were super-friendly, they helped us with bags. The restaurant here was good for a pre theatre meal which was excellent, we both ordered fresh dishes.

Nicely appointed and peaceful place to stay if you are here for celebrations. The location is fantastic and stunning, uphill to town centre. It's next to quiet leafy avenue, The Copper Beech House, and the theatre in the town. The room is brand-new and themed, comes with beautiful linen, lovely view, as for instance.

Appreciated the place, it was lovely historic and beautifully appointed and worked for me. The breakfast choices were unique and superb with all cooked to order, the best eggs, Gloucester Old Spot sausages. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly, offered terrific services. The location was excellent - really close to Copper Beech House, and restaurants and shops. Explored Priory Park, that is located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the surrounding area. The breakfast served was delicious and had a good variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient for my business trip. It was far from the main business district and required a lengthy commute each day.
